Kathleen A. "Kay" Gaboriault (Drown) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 31, 2012 at age 79. Born in Hardwick, VT, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy Drown. A long time resident of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, Kay spent the last 10 years summering in Pennsylvania and wintering in North Port, Florida. Kay was married to Alcide "Al" Gaboriault for 54 years.

Her sister Virginia Brochu and brother, Harold Drown, survive her.
Kay earned her RN degree in nursing at Mary Fletcher Hospital School of Nursing in Burlington, Vermont. Her nursing career spanned more than 30 years, until her retirement in 1996.
Since retiring, Kay enjoyed relaxing with a good family novel and was an avid golfer; often playing daily with her many friends at the Venice East Golf Club, in Venice, Florida, where she was an active member.
